Terms and Conditions.

EZ Bike Tours (EBT) is a trading name of EZ Bike Tours LTD a company incorporated in Scotland. No booking will be deemed to have been made until EBT has received payment in full. Payment in full is due at the time of booking. Once full payment has been received the Client agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

A refund* or alternative tour is available with 72 hours notice of cancellation. Where less than 72 hours notice is given then an alternative scheduled tour will be offered. Where a booking is made within 72 hours of a tour, no refund will be available on cancellation. However, an alternative scheduled tour may be offered.

Where a person or group arrives late for a tour, or does not arrive at all, they will forfeit any right to a refund. In this case they may still be eligible for another scheduled tour, at the sole discretion of EBT.

EBT does not provide insurance for any client or third party. It is the client’s responsibility to arrange appropriate insurance to cover any activity undertaken during a EBT tour. On matters of safety during a tour, the decision of EBT’s guide is final. Where a client chooses to consume alcohol during a tour, they should do so in a responsible manner and in accordance with the Laws of Scotland.

EBT excludes all liability, to the extent permitted by law, for any injury or loss suffered during a EBT tour.

Prices are correct at time of publishing, but are subject to change.

Any complaint should be made known verbally to EBT immediately, and in writing within ten days of the incident. EBT will endeavour to resolve such complaints to the satisfaction of any aggrieved party. Where no satisfactory resolution is made, a referral may be made to British Cycling for guidance on the final resolution of the dispute.

EBT reserves the right to cancel a tour where reasonably necessary. In this instance an alternative tour or refund will be available.

EBT will not store customer financial details (credit or debit card numbers). Any contract between EBT and another party will be governed by, and construed and interpreted in accordance with, Scots law.
